In 2013, Dutch Valley underwent a complete transition from an antiquated and distributed tool set to their current integrated ERP system. Dutch Valley found themselves searching for a product that could meet these requirements:

DSI was utilized for warehouse transactions, Premier (Smarter Commerce) for credit card processing and Syntelic was utilized to integrate transportation routing and loads with JD Edwards.

To keep management and the executive team informed Dutch Valley utilized Tableau for dashboards and ReportsNow for their reporting. Dutch Valley also uses Tableau and ReportsNow with their Metrics & Analysis data for their users presenting the data they need to help with their day-to-day job.
