Fluid Treasury WorkCenter

• PeopleSoft enabled Fluid user interface for the Treasury WorkCenter – allowing users to review and take actions on treasury activities.
• The My Work section provides users access to critical pieces of their job, such as finalizing accounting entries, approving transfer templates, viewing high-value payments awaiting dispatch, and more.

Fluid E-Settlements

• The Supplier Facing self-service functions in e-settlements now leverage the Fluid user interface, giving supplier users access to self-service functions.
• When using the Fluid user interface, supplier users can create, view, delete, correct and inquire invoices; additionally, they can perform dispute resolution. Also, suppliers can perform many other tasks, such as upload invoice data, review and respond to messages from the buyer, and review agreement details.

Asset Management Transaction Comments and Attachments – an Idea Spaces Feature

• Now enables you to add transaction specific comments and attachments to several existing components, such as cost adjust/transfer asset, basic add, retire/reinstate asset. The comments and attachments are then available for review by asset clerks and accountants when reviewing asset history, as well as during the approval process.

Technician Workbench Mass Update – an Idea Spaces Feature

• Enhanced the capabilities of the Technician Workbench – enabling maintenance technicians to enter actual labor hours for work order tasks. Technicians can also perform mass changes to labor time on multiple work orders.

Preventive Maintenance Schedule Auto-Assignment

• PeopleSoft provides options to specify auto-assignment rules for work orders, including work orders source, shop primary scheduler and crew leader fields.

Component Search – Credit to Cash in Billing

• PeopleSoft Billing allows you to perform keyword searches for invoices using elasticsearch technology.
• Keyword searches allow you to execute a more in-depth, more freeform search to access application data. PeopleSoft Billing provides keyword search capabilities for bill entry, bill summary and bill inquiry components.

Mobile Par Count Enhancements

• Enhanced the Mobile Par Location Count feature by adding options to display the source option and last activity details of the counted items.

• An organization can now load credit cards to multiple issuers about the same credit card network.

• Mobile approvals or receivables using the enterprise component Fluid approvals framework.

Keyword Search for Receivables Items

• PeopleSoft Receivables has added a keyword search feature to view/update item details, regular deposit and all payments pages.

Enhanced Bidder Invitation Pages

• Multiple improvements have been made to the Bidder Invitations search functionality. Searching by name or company is easier with the addition of “the begins with” and “contains” search criteria. Category search criteria were added to supplement the recommended bidders search option.
