E1 Self Service - Life Events during Open Enrollment?

We are on E1 8.11 SP11 and use Employee Self Service for Benefit Open Enrollment and would like to know if anyone else is doing Life Events (Marriage, Add Children, etc) during open enrollment and also life event changes between open enrollment and the end of the year and how they handle them. thank you!

I am currently looking for customers who are using ESS and who would be willing to speak to other customers or prospects about what they've implemented and what benefits have been achieved. Susan, We have just implemented and rolled out Benefits Self Service in E1 9.0. We had a consultant in to set this up for us, but unfortunately ran out of funding and lost him before going live. We had a few issues during the open enrollment process, but were able to find a work around to get it completed by our deadline. We did however, realize that our workaround did Minot update all the work files corrrectly. I guess my question to you and the group would be this, "is the a white paper or documentation anywhere or has anyone identified ALL the tables associated with ESS?
