Ship confirm

When using P4205 to ship confirm, sometimes the line/order being ship confirmed will update the status in the sales ledger, F42199 and not in sales detail, F4211. Has anyone else seen this behaivor and if so, how did you resolve it.

Thanks in advance

We have see the same thing happen, although we have not yet been able to determine a cause, unfortunately.

Yes, it happens sometimes and this is due to the partial updates to the tables by Master Business Funcations (MBFs).. this is specific to the server memory issues, load etc and is not consisitent

Hi Wendy, we are also facing the same problem at the locations which are remote. Not only Sales ledger, even Location Master, F41021 is updated but Cardex F4111 is not updated. I believe this is mostly due to network related. We have developed exceptional report to identify such type of transactions.
