In this presentation, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Denovo Ventures, LLC (Denovo) will explain why more and more organizations are establishing a “Cloud First” policy for deploying new server applications, which drives capital costs out of IT and improves an organization’s ability to take advantage of new business opportunities quickly.

In particular, AWS and Denovo will look at how to combine JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and the AWS platform. From the simple introduction of cloud-based backup, to off-site disaster recover, to running full pre- and post-production workloads, you’ll understand how to reduce ERP complexity without giving up security. The presenters will also address the key points to consider in making the transition; the new flexible and affordable “JD Edwards as a Service” subscription based pricing model, and the use of perpetual licenses on the AWS cloud.
