**Quest has already begun a process to convert our members' and subscribers' data into a new, improved member database. This new database will not only allow us to serve you better, but will result in some much-needed improvements for each of you in terms of access to your own information. September 1, you will begin to see a few changes to our Web site. One big improvement is that your User ID will be easier to remember - it will be the email address connected to your account instead of a random number. You can thank us later. Don't worry - Quest will keep you posted as these changes occur, and your data will be safe and sound in the process. Check your inbox for future e-mails giving you the newest updates, and thanks for your cooperation.

Quest Midwest Conference
September 6-7 - Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel
Schaumburg
, Illinois

New conference additions - Networking Topic Tables
In addition to more education, more exhibitors and more key contacts from Oracle at this year's Quest Midwest Conference, our volunteer-led planning committee has added networking topic tables during the conference's Thursday lunch and Friday breakfast. These new topic tables will allow you to focus on specific concepts and discussions, share implementation stories and share your ideas in an open discussion format. Don't forget to bring your business cards to this conference addition so the networking can continue after you go home.

Don't wait - Registration and hotel rates go up after August 17
Last year's more than 500 attendees went with something only an event like Quest Midwest can provide - two days of action-packed networking and education. Don't miss out this year - and don't pay more than you have to! Registration rates start at $225 - but only through August 17! After August 17, the rate will increase to $300, so an early decision to attend makes this conference even more of a bargain.

Registration isn't the only place you'll save by acting before the August 17 deadline. There's also a special hotel rate of $149 at the new Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center - also available only through August 17. Find out more about booking your room and registration now. Plan to arrive Wednesday evening so you don't miss Oracle's keynote Thursday morning.

Quest's Enhancement Request Process is already a success
Join the other Quest members and subscribers active in the process

After just three months since it's unveiling, we're already seen success stories from Quest's new Enhancement Request Process. To date, more than 200 requests have passed through system, and Quest's Technology SIG has already seen more than 53 percent of their enhancements submitted to Oracle and accepted as a valid request - with more than 30 still pending review by Oracle. Congratulations to the Technology SIG - Quest's first true enhancement success story!

For the system to continue its string of success, Quest needs your help! How? Continue subscribing, commenting and prioritizing enhancements that are important to you and your organization. The more support each enhancement receives, the more likely it is to stay alive and ultimately end up in a future release of the product you're using.
