Delta

Reservations and ticketing are available via www.delta.com. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code and enter the meeting code – NM8TV for individual bookings/NG5QL for groups of 9 or more - in the box provided on the Search Flight page. Reservations may also be made by calling our Delta Meeting reservations at 800.328.1111 Mon-Fri 7am-7pm CDT. Please note that there is a direct ticketing fee for booking through the reservation number.

Fare Details

Hub Markets include travel to/from ATL/CVG/DTW/MEM/MSP/SLC. Discounts apply to roundtrip travel only. Discounts applicable to U.S./ Canada originating passengers. Not valid with other discounts, certificates, coupons or promotional offers. Not all fares are eligible (see above for minimum requirement for one way published base fare). Fare rules will determine eligibility. The discount does not apply to fares that are less than $125USD/$125CAD base one way or $250USD/$250CAD base round trip.

American Airlines

Contact American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 for assistance with reservations and ticket purchase.  The promotion / discount code is 9342DB to receive 5% off. The authorization number must be manually added in the tour code box of each ticket.

Electronic ticketing is required for reservations, otherwise a paper ticket charge will apply.For American Airlines ticketing, the form of payment must be money order, certified/cashier check, valid credit card.  A separate $25.00 USD Res service charge will apply per ticket, (subject to change).  For Airport purchase the service charge is $35.00 USD per ticket, (subject to change).  For purchase outside the US50/Canada the amounts will vary by country currency.

AADVANTAGE members may accrue mileage on Group & Meeting Travel contracts subject to the rules of the AADVANTAGE program. AADVANTAGE upgrades are allowed after ticketing, subject to the rules of the AADVANTAGE program.

Discount Information

-  Valid for percentage discount travel from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, AmericanConnection, code share and all Oneworld Alliance Partners (collectively "American Airlines") provide service.  Travel is not valid on code share flights operated by Alaska Airlines or Horizon Air.

-  Not valid in conjunction with any other discount.

-  American Airlines must be the governing carrier.

-  The use of American Airlines code share requires that one segment of the itinerary be on American Airlines metal.

-  Discounts not valid on Zone fares.

Airtran

The AirTran Airways EventSavers Program offers discounted air travel and unique benefits noted below.

- A 10% discount on the lowest available AirTran Airways fare
- No minimum stay length or Saturday night requirement
- Advance seat assignments at time of purchase
- Confirmed upgrade to Business Class, when available, for attendees booking in the “B” and “Y” fares
- One-time waiver of change/cancel fee per reservation for any name or itinerary change for first change
-Attendees may travel three days prior to the event start and close dates
- Receive special EventSaver rates from Hertz when transferred to the Hertz Desk from the EventSavers line

Please note if reservations are made through a travel agent general data system or the Internet , the discount of 10% will not qualify.  Reservations must be booked through the standard reservation center at 1-800-247-8726 and you will be required to give them the event code – LAS042412 – and the event name – Quest International Users COLLABORATE12.  Offices are open Mon-Fri 08:00 a.m. - 09:00 p.m. EST.
