How are sessions selected?

A group of 30 special interest group leaders make up the session selection committee. These dedicated leaders review more than 600 sessions that were selected for the event and pick the very best ones based on relevance and timeliness of the content. Customer presentations are given first preference, followed by presentations that are co-presented by both a customer and a vendor. 

What to Expect When You Arrive

Every breakout room at COLLABORATE will be equipped with wireless internet, a podium, a projector and screen, and a microphone if the room size warrants it. BRING YOUR OWN LAPTOP. Conference planners assume that most speakers will be using a PC. If you plan to use a different machine or may need special connections, email education@questdirect.org as soon as possible so we can accommodate your special request. New technologies are welcome! We just need to know so we can be prepared.

Projectors and screens will display in 16:9 format.

Speaker Tip: How Can I Increase Networking and Interaction in my Session?

If the room size allows, ask attendees to introduce themselves before you begin your session. Find out what module and release they are using and what they hope to get out of your session. Then tailor your session to their needs. After your session save time to ask what other hot topics the audience is interested in. If more discussion is needed, offer to meet at a pre-determined location during lunch or an evening reception.
