Help - Registration terms and conditions for COLLABORATE 11

Only Individual and Corporate Customer or Silver, Gold, Copper and Platinum Vendor membership levels receive member conference discounts. Any employee of a company that has a corporate membership may register at the member rate by using your company’s corporate primary email address during registration. Your primary account holder should have that information, or you may contact Quest at 1.800.225.0517 (U.S. and Canada) or 1.859.226.4307, or email us at registration@questdirect.org.

 

Subscribers and Bronze Vendor levels are not included in member pricing above, but you can get member benefits all year round for as low as $245

 

Credit Card Payments        
Credit card payments are due at the time of registration.  Anyone not paying at that time may be required to re-register.

 

 

 

Check Payments        
Print a copy of your registration confirmation letter to send in with payment.  Check payable to Quest International Users Group.  Mailing address to Quest, Attention: Collaborate '11 Quest Registration.  Checks must be received within 30 days of your registration date and before April 1, 2011 or your registration will be cancelled and you will have to register again at the going rate.  You will receive an additional payment confirmation when check is received. If the check is returned or if we cannot process it, your registration will be cancelled.  Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of your conference payment.  It is important to include your registration confirmation letter with your check to ensure your funds are properly allocated.

Non-Payment Clause 

When you submit your registration to us, your registration becomes binding and the registration fees are due and payable.  If you cancel your registration or do not attend the conference, the registration fees remain due and payable and are nonrefundable (subject to any discounts allowed under our cancellation policy).  Early-bird discounts apply only when registration fees are actually received and are not based on the date you registered.  If you register early, but pay after the early-bird deadline the full registration fees apply.  We reserve the right to reject any registration not in compliance with our eligibility requirements or other rules or procedures.  We will refund registration fees under our cancellation policy for any rejected registrations based on the date of rejection. 

 

 

 

 

 

Membership Renewal Clause
If you register as a member in 2010 and do not renew in 2011 prior to the conference you will be subject to the higher rate.     


Cancellations - please note the following fees apply:        
- 100% less $250 processing fee - November 8, 2010 - March 10, 2011   
- 50% refund (no processing fee) - March 11, 2011 - March 24, 2011      
- NO refunds are given for cancellations received after March 24, 2011        


All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Quest via myConference Cancellation Request Form   
        
Substitutions        
Substitutions for paid registrants can be made by April 1, 2011 in writing to Quest via myConference Substitutions Request Form. Changes can also be made onsite by presenting a letter on company letterhead detailing the substitution. Substitutions made from an individual Quest member to a non-Quest member will render the member discount void. No penalty will be applied for substitutions.
