Who Should Register Through Quest?Quest focuses on providing in-depth content for our PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Oracle Utilities and Primavera communities. By registering through Quest, you will receive special access to "Quest only" events and information geared for our communities. Even though you are registering through Quest, you will have access to education from all three groups (Quest, OAUG and IOUG) in both pre-planning and onsite unless otherwise specified.
New 2012 Registration Process, Read Entirely Before Proceeding to RegistrationFirst, and most importantly, before proceeding to registration you should book your hotel through our official conference blocks online. During registration you will be asked to enter in your hotel acknowledgement number to get the lowest rate unless you are located in Clark County, Nevada. Only hotels within our Quest registration block will qualify for the $200 savings. Quest is offering a discount of USD $230 per person on groups of four (4) or more registrations from the same member company. This registration is available online this year through the general registration link, but all 4 individuals will have to be entered together and paid for at one time with one credit card. We will offer a writeable pdf for groups to collect demographic data next week to make collecting the information easy.
Quest is offering a minimum discount of USD $150 per person on groups of four (4) or more registrations from the same non-member company. This registration is available online this year through the general registration link, but all 4 individuals will have to be entered together and paid for at one time with one credit card. We will offer a writeable pdf for groups to collect demographic data next week to make collecting the information easy.
The government rate of $ is applicable to state and local government employees, state-owned universities, and Canadian state-owned/private universities which are a government entity. Government rates will start at $1095 Early Member within the hotel block and $1265 for Early Non-Members within the hotel block. To get the discounted rate you will need to email registration@questdirect.org confirmation of your government status and you will receive the special promotion code.
One speaker from each session is eligible to receive a complementary pass to the entire conference. You will be notified in December if your sessions is approved by the Customer Selection Committee. All Rules & Guidelines must be met in order to qualify for your complementary pass.

Details for Special Registration Rates and Discounts
Aside from the COLLABORATE 12 hotel discount, discounts cannot be combined. Hotels must be reserved prior to registration to receive hotel discount. Savings are applied to the current registration fee. Alumni and other special promotions will go out next week with details, stay tuned for more details.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by February 29, 2012 are eligible for a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 1, 2012, and April 19, 2012, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received after April 19, 2012. Cancellations must be received in writing to quest@questdirect.org or by fax to +1 859.226.4321 according to the following schedule:
