Thanks to everyone who submitted a topic for COLLABORATE 12! Check the online agenda builder to confirm your session time and location. Add your session to your own personal MyShow planner and you will receive an email notification if anything around your session changes.
Book Your Hotel
In the past speakers have been at a disadvantage because you could not book your hotel until you received the promo code for your complementary registration. By popular demand, this policy has changed. Book your accomodations FIRST then enter your hotel acknowledgement number when you register in March. Speakers outside of Clark County, NV should stay in one of the conference hotels in order to qualify for a complimentary registration. See complete Rules & Guidelines.
Registration
All speakers should be registered at this time. If you are eilgible for a complimentary registration and have not received a promo code or instructions to register please contact jennifer.abney@questdirect.org asap! Do not register until you recieve that code.
Slide Template
All presenters are asked to download and use this PowerPoint slide template to provide a unified look for COLLABORATE.
E-mail your slide deck or white paper to education@questdirect.org to share with the community. Quest will post your presentation materials in the File Library and on the online agenda builder for all conference attendees.

What to Expect When You Arrive
Every breakout room at COLLABORATE will be equipped with wireless internet, a podium, a projector and screen, and a microphone if the room size warrants it. BRING YOUR OWN LAPTOP. Conference planners assume that most speakers will be using a PC. If you plan to use a different machine or may need special connections, email education@questdirect.org as soon as possible so we can accommodate your special need.
New technologies are welcome! We just need to know so we can be prepared.

Bookstore
DigitalGuru Technical Bookshop will be managing the bookstore at this year’s conference. All books will be offered at a 20% discount. If you have authored a particular book or will be recommending any book titles in your sessions, please email your book requests to chandrika@digitalguru.com.

We will do our very best to accomodate last minute changes. However please note that the printed guide has already been ordered and any last minute changes will not be reflected in print.
