COLLABORATE 12

The COLLABORATE 12 - Quest Forum is designed for and by PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Fusion and Primavera users to deliver exceptional education including customer best practice sessions and tips & techniques from customers like you, as well as the latest information from Oracle.

Looking for COLLABORATE 12 presentation handouts? Visit My Show Planner until May 11 to download handouts from all three groups. After that, you can download handouts from the Quest File Library. You must be logged in to the Quest website to download from the Quest file library.  Also, new this year, Quest recorded approximately 80 COLLABORATE sessions that will be available as a member benefit to all paid Quest members.   • Standing Room Only! There were over 6,000 attendees at COLLABORATE 12, including over 1,150 JD Edwards customers and over 600 PeopleSoft users. 
  • Access to more than 1,100 education sessions covering 19 education tracks. Good news for all Quest paid members: We recorded approximately 80 COLLABORATE sessions for you to access starting early June! Stay tuned for more details.

  • More education offerings on Sunday and Thursday, plus new training options from Oracle. The JD Edwards World training was filled to capacity and the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne training had over 160 participants.

  • The Exhibitor Showcase was the biggest EVER this year! When the doors opened on Monday, there was an audible "Whoop" of excitement from the over 260 Solution and Service Providers in the Exhibitor Showcase! See who was there >

Over five exciting days, customers traded ideas with more than 6,000 like-minded attendees, heard Oracle announcements, networked with Oracle representatives and more than 250 top third-party providers in the Exhibitor Showcase and chose from over 1,100 educational sessions. COLLABORATE 12 provided the best opportunity to explore how to get the most out of existing products and learn about other products that you can integrate into your environment.

COLLABORATE's new hotel booking process this year required attendees to book housing through each group's individual online housing to secure the lowest registration rate. Why?  This ensured the association was not only providing attendees the best rates at the closest hotels but also allowed us to secure enough rooms for you to choose from nearby while limiting our overall exposure. Note that all registration types were subject to the new $200 fee for staying outside of our blocks.**  Rates below included a negotiated lower resort fee, effectively cutting it in 1/2 or more.  All groups will offer the same type of incentive in 2013.  We will have Denver hotel options available with registration go live this November.

Full Conference Passes For Groups

Quest is offering a discount on groups of four (4) or more registrations from the same member company. This registration is available online this year through the general registration link, but all 4 individuals will have to be entered together and paid for at one time with one credit card. Download one of these group documents to make collecting the information you'll need to register your group easy - Vendor Group Info Form -   Customer Group Info Form.

Government Employee Registration

The government rate is applicable to state and local government employees, state-owned universities, and Canadian state-owned/private universities which are a government entity. Government rates will start at $1095 Early Member within the hotel block and $1265 for Early Non-Members within the hotel block. To get the discounted rate you will need to email registration@questdirect.org confirmation of your government status and you will receive the special promotion code.

* Single-day conference passes are valid for any one (1) day of the conference: Sunday; Monday; Tuesday; Wednesday; or Thursday.
** Two-day conference passes are valid for any two (2) consecutive days of the conference: Sunday/Monday; Monday/Tuesday; Tuesday/Wednesday; or Wednesday/Thursday.

Alumni Discount
Individuals who are employees of Quest member organizations and have attended the last two consecutive conferences are eligible for an Alumni Discount of USD $200 off the appropriate registration fee. Please note this applies only to the individual person who has attended and paid the full conference rate for the last two consecutive COLLABORATE conferences (i.e., COLLABORATE 10 and COLLABORATE 11). To take advantage of the Alumni Discount, please contact the Quest Conference Registration Department via e-mail at registration@questdirect.org prior to registering.

 

Exhibitor Registration -- Exhibitor registration is separate from the above registration process. If you are exhibiting your booth lead should have received an email notification from Loren Zettler with instructions on how to register through the exhibitor portal. If you have questions, please contact Loren Zettler.

 

Press and Analyst Registration -- Members of the press and analyst communities are welcome, but must be registered and wear credentials at all times during the conference. Contact Madeline Vied for eligibility and registration information.

 

Oracle Employee Registration Options:
• Oracle Booth – This group will be given registration special instructions from Andrea Rosmarin with Oracle. Please await these instructions to ensure you register properly.

• If you are not an Oracle speaker or booth staff for COLLABORATE 12, you can attend the conference with our low Oracle promotion rate of $995 if you book within the block, $1195 if you book outside of the block. Please await special instructions from Andrea Rosmarin with Oracle.

 

Note: All employees must use their Oracle email and information when registering.
