Quest will market your event by:

• Mentioning your webinar in our monthly eNews
• Promoting your webinar on the Quest webinar page within QuestDirect, including links to your company Web site and registration information, and 
• Directly emailing all Quest members with information on your webinar content, time and date

Vendors are responsible for:

• Setting up the webinar with the company's preferred provider. If you do not have a preferred provider, Quest has negotiated a special rate for Quest webinar participants. Contact Curtis O'Keefe with Communique Conferencing for more information at 866.322.2255.
• Providing Quest with information on your webinar date, time, registration procedures, and content at least one month prior to your webinar.
• Establishing registration procedures and confirmation notices to registrants, including call-in or web link information for participation.
