As a Quest member, we’re bringing you the unique opportunity to grow your own
network of your fellow members.

Now, for the first time ever, we’re offering you a gift for sharing Quest’s valuable
resources with your colleagues. You depend on Quest, and we count on you, too –
we know that our current members are the best possible source for new members
who can benefit from all that Quest has to offer. That’s why this year we’re kicking off
our first ever Member Get a Member Campaign.

It’s easy:

  1. Talk to everyone you know – your fellow customers, contacts you’ve made via your participation in regional users groups, the people you’ve met along your path as a JD Edwards, PeopleSoft or Oracle Utilities user.
  2. Share with them the value of being a Quest member, what it’s done for you, and the reason you want our community to continue to grow.
  3. When the member you recruit signs up for a new Quest membership, either online or by our paper application, there will be a special place where they’ll put in your name and email address as the person who introduced them to Quest.
  4. We’ll make sure they’re taken care of as a new Quest member and receive all the education and information they need as a new part of our community.
  5. And as long as you’re a Quest member in good standing, we’ll send you, as a special thank-you for helping Quest reach out to new members, a $20 electronic gift card to giftcertificates.com.

Remember – every time you share Quest’s value and help grow our network of members, you strengthen Quest. A vital and growing organization means higher product satisfaction, smoother implementations and improved educational and networking opportunities for all members.

Help them make the case

Do you want to talk to a fellow customer about Quest and aren’t sure where to start? Here are some facts that will help you get started when you’re helping them make the case for a new Quest membership.

1. Quest is a focused users group with more than 50,000 members and subscribers. Our primary audience is made of JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Oracle Utilities customers, but in addition to that, we also provide educational content to some of Oracle’s newly acquired products as they pertain to your JD Edwards and PeopleSoft environments.

2. What’s the return? You get out of it what you put into it – but that’s not hard. Membership lets you see some immediate return in terms of dollars and cents; for example, every time you register for a Quest conference or event, you’re going to get special member pricing.

But the returns go beyond that. You’ll get access to information from Oracle other users spend days searching for. You have access to things like our online file library, which contains all our conference education presentations
– each of those are embedded with time-saving tips, information from Oracle and vendors you’re not going to get anywhere else, and new ideas for you to implement at your organization today. And that’s just the beginning.

3. How much does a Quest membership cost? It’s a bargain-priced $245 for an individual membership (U.S. and Canada; there is special pricing for international customers). A corporate membership, which gives you the same benefits for up to 10 people from your company, is $995. You can sign up for both online at www.questdirect.org.

Don’t forget that in order to be eligible, the new member who signs up must truly be brand-new to our organization – they can’t have had a Quest membership in the past. Quest subscribers who have a free account are eligible as long as they’ve not been members before. Members added to open spots on an existing corporate membership do not count.
