Q: How do I provide feedback?
A: After each session, you will receive a session evaluation form from Quest. Once you complete this form, it will automatically generate an email to Quest staff. Also, additional feedback can be sent to onlineeducation@questdirect.org or contact Jesse Howard at 859.219.3518.
Q: What is the different between member and non-member pricing?
A: As a Quest member, you will receive significant discounts for Quest Online Education sessions. For example, for a Live eSession, Quest members are priced at $199.99US and Quest subscribers and non-members are priced at $329.99US. To become a member, click here.
Q: How do I become a member?
A: Click here and complete the Quest member application. It only takes a few moments and will provide you with access to all Quest member benefits.
Q: How can I find a list of sessions I have purchased and/or completed?
A: Simply navigate to myEducation. Once in myEducation, you can easily distinguish courses you have taken, pending courses as well as course details.
Q: How long can I access On-Demand sessions after purchase?
A: On-Demand sessions are available to you for 365 days after purchase via your personal myEducation portal. To access it, click here.

Q: How do I submit a session for consideration?
A: Submitting a session is easy. Simply click here and complete the ‘Call for Presentations’ form.
Q: How will I be notified if my session is accepted or rejected?
A: Quest's Online Education Knowledge Committee will be reviewing session topics and ideas once per quarter. Once the Knowledge Committee has made their decisions, Quest staff will contact each submitter with the outcome of their session.
Q: How long does the session appoval process take?
A: The Quest Online Education Knowledge Committee will be reviewing all session submissions at the beginning of quarter. Once the Committee has made their decisions, Quest staff will follow up with each potential present regarding the outcome of their session.
Q: How long will you keep my session in the tool for review?
A: Each session will be kept in the tool for review until the entire Quest Online Education Knowledge Committee has an opportunity to review the session submission and provide feedback. Once a decision is made, Quest will contact the session submitted regarding the outcome.
Q: How long does it take to present the session once it is chosen?
A: All sessions will be scheduled to take place within 90-days of the session being selected unless extenuating circumstances require a longer or shorter period.
Q: If my session is rejected, can I resubmit?
A: Of course. If your session has been rejected by the Quest Online Education Knowledge Committee, feel free to make any necessary changes and resubmit the presentation for consideration.
