Customer & Vendor –Quest Members*

Full conference rates include all Quest events April 13 – 17, with the exception of pre-conference training held April 12 & 13, the PeopleSoft Benefits PUG Meeting held April 17 & 18, the Charity Event held April 15, and any guest options selected during the registration process.

Quest members must remain Quest members through the next year to receive the discounted member rates.

Special Promotions for Members

$200 Alumni Discount – Quest Paid Members at the time of registration who’ve attended either of the last two COLLABORATE conferences as full paid attendees will receive a special email November 5 regarding a promotion code to list when registering. Promotion not good with Group or Day Rate or any other promotion codes.

New Oracle Utilities (SPL and LODESTAR) users can register for the Oracle Utilities Program at $945 for a limited time. To inquire about eligibility, email viki.young@questdirect.org. Registrants for this promotion cannot have attended the conference in previous years.

Are you a Government Employee? Quest Paid Members who fall under the government sector can register at the rate of $945. To inquire about eligibility, email us at registration@questdirect.org.

Customer & Vendor – Non-Members*

Special Promotions for Non-Members

All customer attendees registering at the full non-member rate will be eligible for a free trial membership with Quest! We reserve the right to reject any registrant’s free membership during our auditing process.

Are you a Government Employee? Those who fall under the government sector can register at the rate Non-Member Rate of $1,075. To inquire about eligibility, email us at registration@questdirect.org.

*Subscribers and Bronze Vendor levels are not included in member pricing above. Only Individual and Corporate Customer or Silver, Gold, Copper and Platinum Vendor membership levels receive member conference discounts. Any employee of a company that has a corporate membership may register at the member rate by using your company’s corporate primary email address during registration. Your primary account holder should have that information, or you may contact Quest at 1.800.225.0517 (U.S. and Canada) or 1.859.226.4307, or email us at registration@questdirect.org.

**Paid Members Group Rate Program – Companies that have a corporate Quest membership and are sending 4 or more attendees to conference can save $200 per person on conference registering through our Group Program. Please note that the group rate cannot be combined with any other promotion. Download the group form now.

Guest Registration Options – Depending on your registration selections, customers and vendors will have the opportunity to invite your guests to several receptions and parties happening Sunday - Wednesday. The guest option is not intended for co-workers or other business colleagues, and is not available for people under 21 years of age.

Exhibitor Registration -- Exhibitor registration is separate from the above registration process. If you are exhibiting please await an email notification from Ross Brown with instructions on how to register through the exhibitor portal. If you have any current questions, please contact Ross Brown or Whitney Byrom.

1. Oracle Speaker - If you have been selected to speak with Quest, you should be receiving your notification prior to or by January 18. If you have questions regarding presenting, please contact Stacy Muir.

2. Oracle Booth – This group will be given registration special instructions from Michael Neuendorff . Please await these instructions to ensure you register properly.

3. If you are not an Oracle speaker or booth staff for COLLABORATE 08, you can attend the conference with our low Oracle promotion rate of $945 by registering with this promotion code: Q28ACL through the reg link at the top of this page. You will be prompted to enter this promotion code during the first few steps of registration.

Note: All employees must use their Oracle email and information when registering and should also log into the Quest web site if they are a subscriber or member prior to registering.

Press and Analyst Registration -- Members of the press and analyst communities are welcome, but must be registered and wear credentials at all times during the conference. Contact Jennifer Rogers for eligibility and registration information.

Speaker Registration -- If you are a customer or a vendor presenter and were accepted to speak through Quest, you should have received your confirmation letter. If you have questions regarding your presentation or deadlines, please contact Stacy Muir
