All official conference hotels are sold out.  To those who would like to make changes to your current hotel reservation at one of the official conference hotels, you now make your changes directly through the hotels instead of the Denver Housing Bureau.  Hotel room cancellations made after March 13 will incur a charge of $50 regardless of when the initial reservation was booked.

American Airlines Travel Discount
Quest has partnered with American Airlines to offer discounts to COLLABORATE 08 attendees of five percent off any applicable fare on American Airlines and its subsidiaries, American Eagle and AmericanConnection. To make your reservation, phone 1.800.433.1790 (U.S. and Canada) and refer to authorization number A7948BA. The group name is listed as COLLABORATE. Reservations for hearing and speech impaired attendees are also available at 1.800.543.1586. There is a $10 USD reservations service fee for tickets issued through American Airlines reservations, and a $15 USD ticketing fee for tickets issued at the airport.

Discount fares are valid for round-trip on American Airlines, American Eagle and AmericanConnection flights from anywhere in the U.S. and Canada to Denver, Colorado. Frontier Airlines Travel Discount

There is a ten percent discount off all published roundtrip fares to COLLABORATE 08 when you book your travel at www.FrontierAirlines.com (select “More Search Options”) and use the Meeting ID 5LDINU number to secure the discount. Attendees may also use a travel agency by providing the agency with the Meeting ID number 5LDINU at the time of booking. The Meeting ID must be properly applied to the ticket in the Tour Code Box in order for the discount to be taken.

Avis Car Rental

Avis is the official car rental supplier of the COLLABORATE 08 conference. Avis offers special discounts on a wide selection of vehicles. These rates are good from April 9-27, 2008. To reserve a car, contact Avis toll-free at 1.800.331.1600 and use the COLLABORATE 08 special Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number J868112.

SuperShuttle Denver

COLLABORATE 08 has partnered with SuperShuttle Denver to offer special fares from and back to Denver International Airport for attendees. The discounted rate for a one-way trip is $19. A roundtrip pass is $30 and must be purchased on your arrival into Denver. 

On arrival, take the train to the main terminal (Jeppesen Terminal) of Denver International Airport. Go to the baggage claim area of your air carrier and pick-up your luggage from the carousel. Once you have claimed your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle counter to pick up your ticket. Exit out either doors 507 or 510 and go to Island 3 to meet the shuttle.

Ground Transportation From the Airport

Taxis are readily available outside the baggage claim area of your airline on Island 1. Airport personnel are available on the taxi island to assist passengers. Taxis will not accept credit card payments. The maximum number of passengers allowed in any taxi is four, including infants and children.

A variety of shuttle and limousine services are available at Denver International Airport and additional information on ground transportation is located in the main lobby of the Jeppesen Terminal just at the top of the escalators from the terminal train station. Conference Shuttle Services
All hotels listed are within walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center, but as a courtesy to our attendees bus transportation will be made available during specified conference times throughout the week.  Details of the schedule will be available at your hotel, the convention center and in your onsite program.  If your hotel is near one of the conference hotels, just walk on over and take the shuttle.
