The hotel rates for COLLABORATE 10 include complimentary in-room internet access throughout a guest's stay (except for the MGM Grand). The rates above also include the hotel's resort fee at Luxor and Excalibur.

About Hotel Reservations

• To receive these special conference rates, you must register for the conference first.  At the end of registration you will receive a confirmation email with your attendee code and instructions to go into Quest's myConference registration management tool where you may book your hotel.
• Hotel rates listed are for single/double occupancy only for a standard room type.  Any increase in room occupancy or upgrade to the room will increase the rates.
• All hotel reservations will require a deposit for the first night, and the cancellation policy requires a 72 hour from arrival request.
• To make changes once a reservation has been made, please contact hotels directly.  Hotels will not take initial reservations over the phone for the conference block.

Please note: All conference hotels are within walking distance to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Because these hotels are in close proximity to COLLABORATE 10 events and are connected by a monorail, shuttle transportation between the conference hotels and the convention center will not be provided.
